Today’s  Kansas Electric Transmission Authority was primarily routine business, with one interesting exception:   In discussing the October  approval of the Priority Projects (including the Wichita-Spearville line) and the upcoming vote at the January 26th SPP Board meeting, several members of the authority and audience members agreed:  A January vote by the SPP Board of Directors seems unlikely.

Instead, several sources agreed:  The Priority Projects might be presented for approval to the Board of Directors and Regional State Committee of state regulators in April.  Click here to see the SPP calendar.
